Product Description

Dor shipment amounts vary from **0Kgs, to ***0Kgs, twice monthly. Maximum purchase is
***0Kgs x 2 monthly. A buyers purchase schedule is required in the SPA. All contract terms are from
one (1) year to three (3) years, with the payment guarantee reviewed annually, based on the LBMA
pricing on gold increases or decreases. Buyer discount will be *0% gross.

Guarantee Required: Each buyer is required to have their bank issue a Pre-advice of a payment
guarantee, which can be in the form of a Bank Guarantee (BG), Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC or
SLC) by SWIFT MT**0, and/or a Letter of Credit (LC) by SWIFT MT**0. Delivery is guaranteed by the
sellers bank, who issues a 2% Performance Guarantee.

A Check Sheet and SPA will be sent to the buyer, if he approves the terms outlined herein. The
Check Sheet, and SPA must be completed, dated, signed, then; returned to me for review. Once
approved, the seller will countersign, adding his banking. The Seller's Transacting Bank will NOT be an
African bank, but an A Rated Western European Bank so designated by the seller. We expect the
Buyers bank to be highly rated as well, or it will be rejected.
